In addition, the program promotes values known worldwide such as: love for your family, healthy competition, caring for others, caring for the environment, and appreciation for both local and foreign cultures and their histories.

Material

Students in the program use the Explore Our World series. Our books feature real-world content, extraordinary photos and videos from National Geographic, as well as a great variety of digital interactive resources that engage and motivate students while they learn about their world in English.

Enrollment Requirements

  • Children must be between 7 and 12 years old
  • Complete a free English Level Placement Test

Methodology

Our methodology follows a constructivist approach that allows our students to be the protagonists in class. They are actively involved in their learning process, which facilitates and expansion of their worldview as well as a better understanding of the language they are acquiring.

In the classroom, students work in different activities according to their development, both emotional and intellectual. This enables them to perfect their abilities in listening, reading, writing, and speaking. Our dynamic, interactive, and goal oriented approach encourages the development of critical thinking. These activities respond to students’ different learning styles.

Results

The child will understand the main ideas from everyday topics, texts and conversations by identifying key information. They will be able to both offer and request personal information, as well as information about likes, preferences, sports, and favorite hobbies during school, games, leisure time, and other general exchanges.

They will be able to describe events and anecdotes, both orally and in written form. These descriptions may be family or personal situations, explanations, or justifications for opinions, plans, values, etc. They will be able to express themselves in diverse age-appropriate contexts.
